Actors For Feature Film A.C.O.D.
Feature film comedies have never been stronger in Hollywood. The success of such hilarious offerings as Bridesmaids, The Hangover and others have ushered in a renaissance and now one of the most promising projects of the year is coming right here. A.C.O.D is set to shoot in the greater Atlanta very soon and casting calls and auditions for supporting, day and extras roles are just around the corner.
A.C.O.D., an acronym for Adult Children Of Divorce, has lined up a who’s who of comedy greats including the fabulous star of Saturday Night Live and Parks and Recreation Amy Poehler, her Parks and Rec co-star Adam Scott, Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World’s Mary Elizabeth Winstead and film superstar Jessica Alba. The story will follow Scott as the former test subject of the effects of divorce on children who is asked to follow up this study 20 years later. This “therapy” opens up new emotions for him and lays havoc to his personal life in what will surely be inspired and hilarious ways. The pedigree of this project is hard to deny and the possiblity of working with some of the brightest talents working in film today is one that no Atlanta based actor should pass on. Casting calls and auditions are going out for a tall, beautiful blond actress aged 20-30 for a featured role as well as a host of speaking, supporting and extra roles.
