Necessary Roughness – USA Network
The USA Network’s hit series Necessary Roughness is heading back to the air with all new episodes and several roles are available for up and coming actors in the Atlanta area. Auditions and casting calls will be happening soon and submissions from local actors are being accepted now. This is your chance to be cast on one of the most popular programs on television today.
Necessary Roughness stars the fabulously talented Callie Thorne (Rescue Me, Homicide: Life on the Street) as Dani Santino, a Long Island woman whose recent divorce forces her to kick start her career. She gets a job as the therapist for a professional football team and her success with the players and team officials makes her a hot commodity leading to jobs with celebrities, musicians and politicians. Millions of viewers tune in each week as Dani tries to balance her booming career with her home life and her struggles as a single mom raising her two teenage kids. An entertaining mix of comedy and drama, Necessary Roughness is the perfect project for aspiring Atlanta actors to make their break in the world of television.
