If you have ever wanted the opportunity to work with Tyler Perry, your chance is here! The multi-talented director, producer, writer and actor is now filming his new scripted series for TLC called “Too Close to Home” and he is looking for men and women to be on the show! The eight episode drama is being written, directed and produced by Perry. Marinella Hume Casting is seeking men and women to play photographers, camera operators, reporters and sound boom operators in the series that is filming in Atlanta.

Variety reports the show follows “the story of a young woman who escaped her working class upbringing to discover unparalleled success in the fast-paced D.C. political circuit, only to find herself at the center of a scandal. After a steamy affair with a married senator makes national headlines, she is forced to return to her trailer park beginnings, where her past and everyone in it resurfaces to complicate everything,” The television series will mark Perry’s first scripted series for the network.

The casting team is looking for background actors who are available to shoot tomorrow, Tuesday, June 14th. They are looking to fill the following roles:
